INTRO:

For the first time in several weeks, no one had volunteered to Q the Clinic. Time for the Quarter Q to step up and make sure there was a Q. A last ditched half hearted effort to find a Q was performed, but YHC was glad no one had taken the Q because the Clinic has an AO that is just different than all other AOs making it fun to Q.

WARM-O-RAMA:

Mosey around the amphitheater and to the stage for various exercices including IC Michael Phelps. Is YHC really the only one who takes charge and calls these IC?        

THE THANG:

Indian Run to Station 14 to buzz the tower. All the fire trucks were warm and cozy in their bays but Hank Hill was nowhere to be seen. The Pax circled up for Jack Webb’s angry Grandpa Burly Jack’s to try and inspire Hank Hill to appear but was no use, the fire fighter stayed asleep in his bed. Burley Jack from 1 – 10 for a 1 – 4 burpee to overhead press ratio total 55 burpees and pain.

Indian run back to the amphitheater for a burpee mountain stopping for 7 burpees halfway back. At the amphitheater, Five burpees at the bases of the first stairs, lunge walk to the base of the other stairs, mosey to top for 5 burpees and then back to the start. 2 times through equaled 30 burpees. 

Still needed to knock out 9 more burpees for 101. YHC quickly decided on four corners with 3 burpees at the first 3 corners and then leg raises until the six finished. 

Stayed at the 4rth corner finishing several rounds of mary until Drumstick finished with copperhead squats in time to get back to the flag.

Naked-Man Moleskin:

• After YHC specifically told Hank Hill to be on the look out because we might buzz the tower, he was a no show. He told me he looked out at 5:05. Who starts a beatdown at 5:05? Also, I am concerned. We were right outside the front door doing burly jacks with a couple sopranos and several pax with midwife noises and no one woke up even after an earthquake at 4:15. How do you hear the alarm?
