INTRO:
Pretty much a steady rain but we still had a solid 14 in the Pax with an FNG…Lil Drummer Boy. Coming off of a week of fall break, we were ready to get a solid beat down.
WARM-O-RAMA:
Mosey down the steps to the football filed and circled up behind the end zone. Warm ups were:
15x SSH, 15x Weedpicker, 10x Windmill, 10x Monkey Humpers
Finished warm up and the PAX formed a line on the goal line facing opposite end zone and paired up.
THE THANG:
And the Burpeelicious begins:
1. 100 Burpees (total for 2 men) – one man did Burpees, other man bearcrawl to the 50 yrd line then sprint to the endzone and jog back, switch, once the set was complete, the PAX ran a lap around the track as a group.
2. 150 Merkins (total for 2 men) – one man did Merkins, other man bearcrawl to the 50 yrd line then sprint to the endzone and jog back, switch, once the set was complete, the PAX ran a lap around the track as a group.
3. 50 Good Morning Abby’s (total for 2 men) – one man did Abby’s, other man bearcrawl to the 50 yrd line then sprint to the endzone and jog back, switch, once the set was complete, the PAX ran a lap around the track as a group.
4. Suicide Run – run to 25 yd line do 2 burpees, run to 50 yd line do 4 burpees, run to 25 yd line do 6 burpees, run the end zone do 8 burpees
Pax headed back to flag and finished with 4 minutes of Mary. Legionnaire led a toasty set of 30 flutter kicks and Madoff led a set of 15 box cutters.
And the Burpeelicious ends. Thank goodness. We were all smoked. 50 yd bearcrawls were legit.

Naked-Man Moleskin:
It was my VQ and I must admit I was little nervous. Even after many years of public speaking I was pretty jacked up all night thinking about leading the PAX. When I left the house at 5:05AM it was raining pretty steady and I wondered if anyone would show up. We had a solid 14 with one FNG. Gotta admit, I was impressed with the commitment. It turned out the rain was a nice change of pace and kept us cooled off. Props to Garfield for bringing coffee on a regular basis. It’s become like a reward for taking the beat down like a man and then getting that cup of tasty coffee.
