INTRO:

These Paragon PAX like to roll in at the last minute. YHC showed up early and the only other PAX to get there before 5 minutes was Wingman.  16 PAX came out on this amazingly warm morning. Time to get started

WARM-O-RAMA:

Started things off with a quick mosey around the parking lot to get everyone’s blood pumping. Circled up around the bottom of the hill for the warm-up

Warm-up consisted of: 

15x SSH
10x Imperial Walkers
10x Windmilss
OYO Sun Gods (frontwards and backwards)

There was plenty of mumble chatter from the PAX already. They weren’t so chatty when they found out the routine. 

THE THANG:

Modified Cooper

This routine was modified from a cooper, but involved just as much running. There would be 4 stations that the PAX would perform exercises. The first station was at the bottom of the hill. The 2nd station was up the hill to the practice field. The 3rd station was down the walkway to the bottom of the stairs. The 4th and final station was back up the stairs and on the practice field. The reps and exercises followed like they do in a Cooper (Start with 10 reps, then 9, then 8, etc. All the way down to 1) and were as follows: 

1st Station – Big Boi Situps
2nd Station – Burpees
3rd Station – Squats
4th Station – More Burpees

We clocked nearly 2.75 miles in total and no one (not even Dandy) was able to complete the routine. Luckily, it started raining halfway through and we cooled down because there were SO MANY BURPEES. Final count on Burpees was 108 for the fastest group. Finished things off with some Drumstick dance cadence! Nice work.

Naked-Man Moleskin:

Really appreciate the opportunity to Q this morning at The Paragon. There was some great bonding happening and some good mumble chatter. The rain made everything better and we couldn’t have asked for better weather. Looked forward to many more opportunities to Q in the future. SYITG
