INTRO:

In the spirit of giving shiny new pain poles were delivered to the Lions Den.  Six pax fought off the fartsack to take them on their maiden voyage.  It was YHC’s first workout with pain poles so a decision was made to throw a bunch of exercises to see what works and what doesn’t.  Some allowed the heart rate to come down too far as evidenced by the increase in mumblechatter.  They didn’t make the cut.  

WARM-O-RAMA:

A random mosey on TLD’s windy ridge.  Circled up for some SSH’s, windmills (everyone says I double-timed the count on them but I’m not convinced), weed pickers, and sun gods.  

THE THANG:

Short mosey to YHC’s truck where said pain poles were waiting.  The routine: Exercises are done in one minute increments with as many reps as possible.  One minute mosey around the AO between each set of four.  The exercises that YHC has deemed inadequate have a “cut” notation.

CIRCLE OF TRUST:

Fleetwood shared the reality that it seems there are people suffering hardships most everywhere you look and we should be praying for them.  TLD 3rd F is launch is coming soon – early January.  We are thankful that we get to choose our level of discomfort on most days.  We prayed for those who don’t get that choice.  Prayers for Dizzy’s friend Darcy who’s husband passed unexpectedly.
