INTRO:

Yet again, on this Seattle themed weekday, it was rainy and it was cold.  But that did not stop 6 strong men from getting back out.  QIC had heard a lot of chatter about Cheetah guys not knowing how to Q.  So I decided to show a little love and make sure that it of course was a little painful.  

As the cars rolled in, the excitement grew.  QIC couldn’t hold back the excitement….so we got started.  Okay, it could have been because it was time.        

WARM-O-RAMA:

A little mosey to the opposite end of the parking lot, and we circled up for some warm up exercises.

THE THANG:

PAX mosied their way back to the cars where the little red taco truck held a surprise.  QIC instructed the PAX to partner up and for one partner to grab a sand baby from the back of the truck.  Then we mosied again.  Back to the stairwell by the back of the school and down to the bottom.  We gathered up and got amp’d for the first workout. 

Partner BOMBS with 1 partner carrying the Sand Baby up the 3 flights of stairs and back down.  Once down Partner 1 would trade off sand baby with partner 2 and then pick up count where partner 2 left off in the exercise. Counts of the exercises were shared.

PAX pushed hard through the whole workout. PAX all finished within a minute of one another so not much mary was needed.  There was still some time left….so we picked up our sand babies and we mosied.

QIC lined the PAX up along a wall on the way back to the flag for a little Balls to the Walls challenge. It was then that the quote “Thats one quick way to cool the balls off!”  One by one the men fell until Ricky Bobby and Grylls were left.  QIC thought he had Grylls when he began to shake vigorously….but Grylls pulled it off.  After we congratulated him on his win….we mosied.

There was still about 5 mins left so QIC lined us up at the concession stands for some last minute Captain Thor’s.  1:4 ratio of BBS:American Hammers.  PAX reached ~7 X BBS before there was one minute left till time was up.  We quickly mosied back to the flag.
