INTRO:

Eight regulars and one FNG thrashed the fart sack this morning and descended upon the Lions Den for a beat down in the surprisingly cold gloom. The PAX went from cold to sweating and gasping for oxygen in about six minutes. 

WARM-O-RAMA:

Brisk mosey to lower parking lot to circle up

THE THANG:

Modified Route 66 in which PAX partner up and run and lunge in opposite directions around parking lot. Each team meets in middle of far end of lot – one man planks, other man puts feet on said plank and performs 10 derkins. Switch. Derkins complete, partners proceed to run/lunge in opposite directions. Meet at starting point and perform 10 patty cake merkins (2 count). Do 4 laps. Plank and big boy sit up extra credit for overachievers. 

Mosey to steep grass hill for 11’s. Sprint up hill: 10 monkey humpers. Sprint down hill: 1 mountain climber. Proceed until PAX hits  1 monkey humper and 10 mountain climbers at bottom. Gasp for oxygen to feed quads. 

PAX fall behind Q in single line. Indian Run back to main parking lot area to further exhaust said quads. 

Bodies Hit the Floor. PAX line up in plank position with feet at brick wall. Q plays “Bodies Hit the Floor” by Drowning Pool. Merkins when song refrains “1, 2, 3”; donkey kicks every time singer yells “let the bodies hit the floor.” After longest 3 minutes and 22 seconds of life, spaghetti arms collapse and bodies hit sidewalk in pools of sweat. Recover.

Mosey to flag area. 3 minutes to spare – Freddy Mercury, 20 more merkins (thanks Mic Check), and flutter kicks for Mary
