INTRO:

I’ve learned over the last two years nothing can stop the un-relentless F3 Cherokee train. Not natural disasters, not mother nature and especially not probably the toughest Q I have planned yet. 

WARM-O-RAMA:

Mosey around the parking lot and zig zag in between islands just to mess/anger the Romanian.  SSH, Phelps, Sun God’s Weed Pickers and twisting sumo squats

THE THANG:

So I used to follow a workout/Crossfit website that posted all of their workouts. By far one of the hardest ones was the first round was Thrusters w/95 pounds and over the bar burpees. For time you had to do rounds of 21 combined. So 21, 18-3, 15-6, 12-9, 9-12,6-15, 3-19, 21

I took this concept and combined it with one of those awful Iron Pax challenge workouts. So we started out in the bus lanes. I confused the shit out of Alcoa by using American numbers and common core math skills. We started with one Flutter Kick(Kodiak count) then ran to bus lane 19 for 19 thrusters and 19 over the coupon burpees. Ran back for 2 flutter kicks and came back to 18. We alternated every round between thrusters and this round was KB Swings, but still 18 jump over burpees. We went until time had elapsed. IF we would have finished we would have completed 190 Burpees, 190 Flutter kicks and 190 combines Thrusters/KB Swings 

CIRCLE OF TRUST:

I connected with one of my groomsmen I haven’t hung out with a lot recently. I knew he was going through some issues but I just never could get him to commit to getting together. He finally responded to me last night and opened up enough where it seemed like he needs help. Long story short he just got out of rehab for alcohol and is trying to do outpatient treatment, AA and prayer. I pushed him towards F3 although he lives in Kennesaw promised to meet him for any beatdown he could attend. I guess my point of this story is we all have our issues and struggles we go through on a daily basis and sometimes the battle is rough. I am glad I can call all of y’all brothers and thankful for my F3 Cherokee community.

Naked-Man Moleskin:

Learned a long dark secret from Westside and when the naming went downhill. I’m glad you never got one of those cheerleaders pregnant Westside.
