INTRO:
In anticipation of a discounted workout and fighting crowds on F3 Black Friday sales. A few were strong enough to beat the temptation of fartsacking.  With belly’s full and heads possibility in a fog the few came out.

WARM-O-RAMA:

In attempt to cheer the pax up and make them not regret coming out to a beatdown we prancersized to the bus parking lot.  These Mustangs wouldn’t have it and just Mosey’d.  Did SSH, Weed Pickers, and Imperial walkers. 

THE THANG:

Time to get the dinner plates (coupons).  In a single file we lined up in a row.  The first pax using proper lifting technique would get coupon hand it to next pax in line. The first pax then would quickly get to the end of line to receive coupon and place it down.  This was repeated 2x’s.  

Then each pax had to choose their coupon and mosey to bus lane number one.  With coupon go to farthest bus lane and perform the given exercise.  Bus lane number was reps.  Then go back to bus Ln. 1 and do 10 LBC. Work your way back down the bus LNs.  4 exercises T- bone, squats, American hammers, and Bug Boy sit ups). Thanks to Misty for keeping me working hard. I think I mentioned modifing several times each bus lane. 

After 25 min.  I wanted to change things up and make it fun. I also wanted to try something different and use the Pax as guinea pigs so I could improve for next time.  

We played a game of gotcha (basketball) the first person out would jump rope until the second person got out. Then those 2 would go back to back, lock arms, and squat. They would work together getting a ball to a certain spot.  It was fun but I definitely can improve on instructions and game play next time.  Time up mosey back to flag.

Found out that Dixie Chick got married on Thanksgiving day.  He met his M at a Bible study.  The details got mixed up in a cloud of propane, but she may or may not have propsed to Him and don’t let the M’s tell you that weddings take forever to plan.  From the sounds of it and story sake. They may have gotten married at the Bible study they attented.  Please see Dixie Chick for more clarification and just to get to know him.
