INTRO:

YHC was hurting physically and emotionally from the game yesterday, so what better way to move on than a beatdown. Not to mention it was my birthday, so we had to kick things off right.

WARM-O-RAMA:

Mosey down to the field, a few of the old faithful stretches and right into it

THE THANG:

So with today being 10/1 and turning 32 I focused things around these numbers

Started with 32 Yard sprints and 32 reps of exercises. First round merkins, second XO’s, flutter kicks, carolina dry docks and lbc’s so three lower back two lower 32

This is where I started regretting things.

10/1 So 10x shoulder press 1 burpee…. all the way up to 10

Next 10-1 or 101 yard run while doing 11’s with wide merkins and flutter kicks

As PAX finished we did mary with 32 reps, 101 plank jacks and mountain climbers and merkins as a group
