INTRO:
Third of day of Q’ing in a row for YHC, so starting to run out of planning time and ideas. This beatdown was not premeditated at all. Once all six of us Pax were ready to rock, we didn’t stop moving.

WARM-O-RAMA:

Mosey around parking lot, then down to the warm blanket football field. Circle up for:

20 SSH

10 Weed Pickers

10 Imperial Walkers

10 Windmills

THE THANG:

Part 1: 4 corners together- all Pax perform one burpee in corner of football field, run to next corner together, perform 2 burpees, mosey to next corner, and 3 burpees – and so on all the way to 10. That clocks us in at 55 burpees.

Part 2: Line up on goal like. Run to 10 yard line, perform one squat (star/cloud gazer), run to 20 yard line, two squats. Increasing one rep every 10 yards, until reaching 10 reps at the far goal line. Same thing coming back, except doing big boy situps every 10 yards, without using your hands to get up each time you perform reps.

Part 3: Circle up at 50 yard line.Garf’s famous 21s. Penalty changed each time from 10 burpees, to 20 squats, to 20 Kodiak count, lunges. After each penalty, Pax all back pedaled to either the goal line or fence behind sidelines, then returned to circle. Performed 21s SSHs twice, Imperial walkers 21s twice, and merkins 10s once. We succeeded only one.

Part 4: Long mosey to back set of steps. Partner up, one partner performing burpees while the other partner is running every other step up the stairs, Zamparini style (hands up). Two rounds for each Pax

Mosey back to the flag for quick Mary led by the one and only Dandy.

CIRCLE OF TRUST:

Praise to God for being faithful. Asking for His healing for Thrasher and discussed the need for all of us Pax to be willing to ask for help when needs. Pax want to help, it’s not a hollow offer. May we all remember that, and may we all remember that we are not walking alone each day.
