INTRO:

With a 2.0’s arrival quickly approaching and the holidays, everything has been a little more stressful than normal in the Aquahouse. This beatdowns theme was my idea of directing the attention away from gifts, spending money and the stress. Instead, focus on what truly matters. GOD, Family, Friends and for 12 more days, BURPEES

WARM-O-RAMA:

Felt a little bad talking to Floppy right before we started, he told me he’s still on the DL and can’t really run or do abs. I suggested modifying as I couldn’t think of any better ideas bc I have gone burpee crazy. 

I wanted to switch things up, so we moseyed around the bend and down the hill to the back of the school. We did some stretching as our mosey moved along.  Welcomed the FNG and told him if he got hurt we’d give him his money back to pay for medical bills. 

THE THANG:

This beatdown was a reminder of what F3 is all about. Fitness, Fellowship and Faith! So, the whole workout is Fitness, so let’s move on to the next two F’s.

We started with praising GOD. We did newly named Burley Jacks(shoutout to Lawdog, who probably fart sacked after I asked him what he called these) They are the Alabama cousin of Jack Webbs. 1 Count Burpee 4 count Shoulder Press. 

Next we moseyed to the front loop of the school where we partnered up. Math is always a beatdown for us and this one was even worse. We took our partner’s age + number of 2.0s combined with your age and 2.0’s. Partner runs 3/4 of the loop while other partner does # of Burpees (Cumulative count). Next round we doubled our numbers and did Freddy Mercury. 3rd round tripled with squat jumps, 4th round Quadrupled and Flutter kicks.

Exercises were jumbled up to spell BFFS (AWWWWWW) 

We did 3 rounds of mary while pax finished up and then did LT Dans up to the first light pole and completed them to the flag.

CIRCLE OF TRUST:

This morning was extra gassy and somehow Garfield was sweating everywhere but his nipples? He wouldn’t admit to wearing pastis but did admit to wanting to be bottom for Madoff. 

Prayers for Thrasher, The Pax that was hit while running, Alcoas Grandfather and Bananna Boats mother as she travels to visit him. 

Naked-Man Moleskin:

We missed 6 man as we had lots of mumble chatter during the circle, But our FNG came out. I guess my Facebook post in the Woodmont group worked again. He was from Jacksonville, wore a UGA hat that no one asked about, has 4 kids and works in real estate. Mentioned he rode harleys and was from A1A, hench the name Vanilla Ice
