INTRO:

YHC has been absent from the gloom for an extended period.  It was nice to be back with a few men who beat the fart sack to invest in community and physical strength.

**As a side…any mistakes that YHC made today can be directly traced back to LawDog.  Don’t ask me how, but I’m sure he is the root cause of all F3 screw ups. **

WARM-O-RAMA:

A quick mosey around the large parking with a couple of stops for the old stand-bys… SSH’s and Weed Pickers.

THE THANG:

Being on the sidelines for so long gave me plenty of time to peruse the F3 exercise vault.  Unfortunately the notes on planned exercises that YHC had made were lost and I wound up shooting from the hip.

After our warm-up we started the fun with a modified Webbicide.  Starting on one side of the parking, Pax ran suicides from parking aisle to parking aisle.  At each aisle and back at the starting point Pax completed Burpees.  At the start we did 1 burpee then sprinted to the first aisle where we completed 2 burpee’s.  Back the start we did 3 burpee’s, next aisle 4 burpee’s…and so on until we reached the last aisle and completed 10 burpees and sprinted back to start.

I vaguely recalled one of the exercises I had found…Wilt Chamberlain.  As we all know, Wilt is famous for his prodigious basketball skills (100 pt game) and his licentious way with women.  For our purposes here we will obviously focus on his 100 pt game.  Pax lined up on the curb at one side of the parking lot.  This is where YHC was exposed as incredibly rusty…I mixed my counts, calling Kodiak and meaning 4-count.  After I was schooled on the proper count names I punted.  We started our Wilt’s with 100 LBC’s (I kept these 4-count just on priniple) after LBC’s we sprinted to the other end of the parking lot and completed 100 squats (single count).  Upon completion we sprinted back across the parking lot for 100 Flutter Kicks (single) and then sprinted back for 100 lunges (single).

At this point I discovered just how fast exercises go when you only have 7 people to get through.  YHC glanced at my watch and noted there was still PLENTY of time left.  So, we improvised and moved on.

We moseyed to the stairs behind the school and did 3 cylces up the stairs…1st cycle touching each stair with both feet…2nd cycle skipping a stair…3rd cycle 2 steps up 1 step back.  At the completion of the cycles the Pax worked a rarely exercised  muscle and completed 100 calf raises on the stairs.

Getting close to time we moseyed back to the flag for Mary and a good stretch.  Each Pax called an exercise (American hammers, dying cock roach, box cutters, monkey humpers, merkins, SSH, and flutter kicks).

CIRCLE OF TRUST:

Again, my rust showed as I jumped straight to Name-o-rama and was politely and gently reminded that we needed to count off.

Naked-Man Moleskin:

Woody has the Q at the Playground on Wednesday. If you’ve never endured…I mean enjoyed, a 0.0 beatdown this is a great opportunity.
