INTRO:
Last weekend Homecoming was in full swing at the Kodiak and the youth had a ball trashing the place with candy and litter. It seemed like a great time to add a little Third F action to the gloom.
Some would define a Warrior as a brave experienced soldier, but a Warrior can be a great soldier but lacking as a true servant. A servant is someone who performs duties for others, expecting nothing in return but this does not make them a warrior. Here at F3, we are called to more the Warriors but rather Servant Warriors. Our mission is to plant, grow and serve small workout groups for men for the invigoration of male community leadership. A Servant Warrior is willing to take time out of his normal beat down to better the community, to give their sweat, blood, and heart to something greater than themselves.
This morning we were challenged to be Warrior Servants, bigger than ourselves and to make our gloom just a little bit better and asking for nothing in return.
WARM-O-RAMA:
Long Mosey in multiple directions to the bus lanes at our route 66:
15 SSH
10 Weedpickers
SunGods OYO (‘Whenever you would like to Start”)
THE THANG:
The Best way to be a Warrior is to run a modified Spartan Workout.
Put on some gloves and line up at Bus Lane one.
On YHC call, Sprint as fast as you can to the end of Route 66 and complete 10 Burpees
After we were dine, we walked back picking up what ever trash we could find.
Rinse and Repeat 8 times
To get us to 100 burpees, the last Sprint included 20 burpees
On the walk back to the Flag we proceeded to skip the Mary and pick up more Trash.
At the End of the Beatdown we had 5 bags of Litter no longer on the grounds of our Kodiak.
YHC can only pray some students and staff saw us taking time out of our morning to make these grounds better. Maybe they will think twice before they throw trash on the ground, or maybe they will also take time out of their day to do something bigger than themselves.
While we did not get to 300 burpees, YHC feel we did something wonderful this morning.
Good Work Men!
CIRCLE OF TRUST:
Praise report from Bloomers for killing it and loosing a ton of weight

Naked-Man Moleskin:
YHC is proud to be a part of something bigger than myself and wants to thank my fellow PAX for coming out this morning, knowing we would be picking up litter.
Thank You!
