WHERE: The Happy Jack

THE PAX: C4, Woody, Mog

INTRO:

With most of the PAX in the area participating in the convergence at Big Creek, donning Orange in honor of Darth Visor, The Happy Jack numbers were low.  That said, we got a move going and were able to cover some ground as usual and expected.

WARM-O-RAMA:

Mosey toward park entrance:

• 10 week pickers
• 12 Hillbillies
• Two full Happy Jacks

THE THANG:

Burpee Mile (well, 1.3 miles).  At each post the PAX conducted 10 burpees.  All said 60 total burpees achieved.

Long mosey to the grass lacrosse and soccer fields for some interval sprints.  Line up on sideline of lacrosse field, sprint the width of field 1, then mosey across the adjacent field 2.  At each end there was an obstacle — the fence, or the hill climb.  At the top of the hill, we conducted 10 Reverse LBCs and then 10 crunchy frogs, on the other side of the fence we conducted 10 mercans and 10 diamond mercans.  Return to line for rinse and repeat.

Long jog around the field, then back to the flag.  Just under 3.5 miles complete.

CIRCLE OF TRUST:
