INTRO:

A millennial is often known as lazy, entitled, and always asking for a participation trophy. Well YHC was not about to hand out any participation trophy’s at the Kodiak. There will be a participation trophy but the PAX have to earn it.  YHC was looking to push the men to the edge and take it one step further.

THE THANG:

Quick Mosey to the Bus Lanes. 

Millennial Beat Downs go like this. 

Goal is a Total of 2000 as a team. The full Pax does 100 reps each of a called exercise, first one to 100 starts sprinting 100 yards, in Millennial Style, the rest of the pax stop and runs 100 yards. This is repeated for 9 rounds. The final round (10) was that ‘Participation Trophy’ all those Millennials wanted…

Trophy Round 10.

Winner of Each round leads the pax in 10 Burpees. T-Claps to Madoff for winning 3 rounds and leading in 30 Burpees.

YHC Finished with leading 11 Burpees to get the men to 101 Burpees.
