Knowing YHC was going to be traveling to the other side of the world for the next 24 hours, this morning I took advantage of leading a Q to control my level pain. YHC planned on a fun game based Beatdown but before YHC hit the Fartsack, rain was on the forecast. Time to change things up!

YHC split the group into 4 groups to fix problematic numbers. Each group was assigned one corner
Corner 1: Burpees
Corner 2: Squats
Corner 3: Merkins
Corner 4: Monkey Humpers
Round 1 = 10 Reps
Round 2 = 20 Reps
Round 3 = 30 Reps
After the group finishes the corner, Bear crawl if you are on the short length,
and Lunge Walk if you are going 100 yards.
