INTRO:
37 Years ago, my mother brought me into this world. That day has become one of the most memorable days this big blue ball of ours  has ever known and is celebrated each year. 7 Pax decided to join me in the gloom bringing presents for all to share.

WARM-O-RAMA:

13 IW, 11 WP, 13 MP for a total of 37 reps. Continued to warm the arms and shoulders with sun gods on your own.    

THE THANG:

Mosey to the cars and pick up the birthday presents which included cinderellas, bells both dumb and kettle, and ruck plates.  Circle up at the flag for some interval work. 37 seconds of work, followed by 23 seconds of rest.  After 5 sets, the Pax performed 10 burpees and rotated 3 presents to the left. We continued in this fashion for 6 rounds with just enough time on the clock for LBCs and my girl J-Lo.

Convergence for the Lion’s Den on 1/1 at 7am. F3 Cherokee’s newest pax are ready to show off all that they have learned over the last 2-3 months. Its sure to be a great time. So shake of the hangovers by posting with the rest of us on New Years Day.

Naked-Man Moleskin:

• What can I say about to day other than, thank you so much for my presents this morning. It is the best way to start a day of birthday celebrations. Goodeatschallenge is on hold as I scarf down bacon cheeseburgers, French fries, pasta, M&Ms, cokes, dirt cake, and anything else I want to. Tomorrow will just be another day and begin the count down until next year, so I will enjoy today while I can.
• Cricket has an unusual bell thrust that I would be afraid to copy.  While it no doubt is the best form and probably strengthens your pelvis to the max, I just would be leery of improving the pelvis to be as effective as his.  
• Goat Milk found the best of both worlds today. No running while dead lifting and fellowship with the Pax. Usually he gets one or the other. No running while deadlifting in his man cave on the farm or running with fellowship. No wonder he was so excited and chatty during the beatdown.
• Cousteau brought his brother in law from Greenville, SC. Scratch N Sniff can now go back home and post with Greenville Pax with one of the coolest names around. Just don’t tell anyone that you left the sticker on your new sweatshirt during your first beatdown and no one will no why you are called Scratch N Sniff. I can’t wait to run into you at a restaurant and yell “Scratch N Sniff.”  It will be almost as fun as yelling “Frenchy” to our Englishman Pax.
• A total of 37 Pax posted in Cherokee today, coincidence….I think not. This is just further proof that today really is the second most special day in December and probably 4th best day of the year right behind Christmas, Easter, and February 10th.
• February 10th is the anniversary for the first kiss with My M. Clearly an awesome day to remember and without that fateful day, YHC would probably not be living in Cherokee County today, and thus not apart of F3 depriving everyone of LawDog. So all Cherokee Pax should celebrate February 10th.
