INTRO:
YHC was relieved to see a MUCH BETTER showing than my mano-y-mano with Woody on Christmas Eve. I was looking forward to this beatdown as a nice way to leave 2018 behind. While 2018 definitely had some blessing, it came with its fair share of rough patches. A nice, rough beatdown was called for.
WARM-O-RAMA:
We moseyed into the stadium on the fresh, new track, and made a half lap to the visitors stands. Goat Milk proved to be a quick study and saw where we were headed by the 2nd set of burpees. Lots of mumble chatter here about, “does this even qualify as a warm-up”, and YHCs squat form (to the floor!)

THE THANG:
We moseyed around the home stand and lined up for some Hindenburg BLIMPS. YHC slightly modified them, so they were more like escalating BLIMPS. Do round 1 (10 burpees), run 50 yards and back, round 2 (10 burpees, 20 Lunges), etc… Guaranteed, just like the Hindenburg, to go down in flames.

– 60 squats (and again more mumble chatter that YHCs range of motion was not as good as during the warm-up)
With time waning, we headed back to the flag for some La La Leggy and Squat-form redemption!
