Mondays… oh Mondays are a roundabout jewel

Warm-o-Rama:

Mozy across parking lot up toward right side of high school. Gear down into Lunges to not outrun the Q. Duck walk up toward the roundabout. Circle up around the roundabout for IC SSH, IC WeedPickers, IC Imperial Walkers, OYO SunGods, IC Annies.

The Thang:

Wheel of merkin 5 rep for each limb on the Roundabout curb followed by lap around Roundabout – 5 times. 25 curb calf raises. Wall Derkin 5 rep followed by cross parking lot and back sprint – 5 times. 21s with 10 merkin penalty (which we did penalty… thanks M2M 🙂 ). 5 Mike Tysons with run up Middle School far right small steps, up incline, down big middle steps, 20 lbcs, for 5 laps. Mozy back down to lower lot (lot with numbered parking spaces). Each PAX gets a lane, and progresses across the spots with Merkins for 1st digit, Squats for 2nd digit, and Lunge for 3 digit). Finishing up with 1 min to spare on far side of lot, sprint back to the flag.

Naked Man Moleskin:

YHC didn't have Q event on his personal calendar, and 2 min before bedtime checked Q sheet to his surprise. Performed a Seat of the pants BD all morning. Glad it kinda worked out, and really relieved I didn't leave the PAX hanging but gotta shake this spring sick fog and bring it next time. Lexi is always the welcoming HIM. Appreciate him for leading the Gazelles. Einstein is venturing out to other AO's… LIKE IT… and he found a fellow teacher in the ranks w/ Beater. During Warm-a-rama mozy, Mouth to Mouth mentioned a turn to the front lot as we are passing… i hear you brother… flat surfaces beckon me too… left to right vs right to left on that Mike Tyson circuit would have been more hell… next time!
