Intro:

Neither snow nor rain nor heat nor gloom of night stays these Pax from the swift completion of their appointed rounds. Except there was no snow, or rain, or even heat. But there was gloom.

Warm-o-Rama:

The usual
SSH
Windmills
Weedpickers
Mosey around the parking lot to get the blood flowing

The Thang:

Jumped into Elevens (pun intended). I originally planned to do these on the football field from sideline to sideline. But at the last minute I decided it might be better to take on the hill. (Appropriately named the garbage dump because it is literally covered in trash). So Squat Jumps at the bottom, LBCs at the top. Flutter kicks as we waited on the Six.

Next up, mosey to the field for the Ring of Fire with… Flutter kicks. (didn't we just do those?) Line up in a circle, 12 pax hold on their six, while one pax takes a turn doing 20 flutter kicks until each Pax does their turn. That was a lot harder than I thought.

Then onto the track where I had a station at each "corner".
Station 1: 40 MERKINS, 1st Pax to reach 40 relieves everyone else
SPRINT together to the next station.
Station 2: 40 MONKEY HUMPERS, 1st Pax to reach 40 relieves the rest.
2 Lines of INDIAN RUNS. With the line doing LUNGES, and the last man BEAR CRAWLING to the front.
Station 3: 40 MOUNTAIN CLIMBERS, 1st Pax to reach 40 relieves the rest.
SPRINT together to the next station.
Station 4: 20 BURPEES, 1st Pax to reach 20 relieves the rest
2 Lines of INDIAN RUNS. With the line doing LUNGES, and the last man BEAR CRAWLING to the front.

REPEAT. (Except 2nd time around, I opted to do SPRINT the last leg rather than do more INDIAN RUNS)

Had time to do the MERKIN station once more, so we did.

Mosied back up to the flag for Mary. (J Lows)

COT:

Thankful for YHC's continued employment. (Prayers matter)

Naked Man Moleskin:

All in all, I think it turned out well. Welcomed our new FNG "Almost". Not to say we "almost" did, but his name is "Almost". Circled around for coffeteria where we always get a treat from our resident open book Garfield.
