INTRO:

Got a tip from Touchdown’s Man that The Playground was picking up an FNG for Wednesday.  Pair that with a return of The Mole and a dreaded Frisbee Beatdown at the Kodiak and YHC was pretty jacked for some different faces at CINDERellas Playground.

Great to see that FNG pulling out of his house at 5:13am this morning as I headed to plant the flag.

WARM-O-RAMA:

Slow 0.10 Mosey to the first island.  Only one of the PAX followed the Q.  The rest followed DANDY in true Playground fashion.

THE THANG:

Unhappy with finishing last weeks routine we started the same again but this time in reverse.

Forgot to charge the Bluetooth so today’s beatdown mix was brought to us by Harp’s Vocals.

Grab a CINDERella, partner up and get to the ball.

First exercise started by partner 1 while partner 2 farmer carried CINDERella and did second exercise; then farmer carry back and pick up where partner 1 left off until Reps were complete. 

300 squats – 25 leg lifts with CINDERella over head

250 BBS – 50 Chest Presses

200 Merkins – 50 Dollies w/ CINDERella over head

150 Overhead Presses – 25 Skull Crushers at the other end

100 Burpees – 50 Curls (DID NOT GET TO)

CIRCLE OF TRUST:

Reminder that as things get distracting in life we tend to “Gaze at our Problems and only Glance at our Creator”

Challenged PAX to flip this destructive way and “Glance at our problems and GAZE at our Heavenly Father”

Prayers for a couple of the PAX’s that have family members dealing with Cancer and health issues.
