WARMUP: lap around the parking lot and an intro to Smurf jacks
THE THANG: Moved to front of park along the track transitions from bear crawls to crab walks. Did 11s with modified pull ups on bike rack and pistol squats on wall. Did portion of another set of 11s with step backs and shoulder taps on picnic benches.
MARY: started wayyyyyyy too early and got 5 min in with 5 min to spare in the BD. Ran for 5 min and ended the BD 30 seconds early ( because it’s Friday and you get to go home early)
