Twelve’s For Christmas – With Hill Sprints
It was Tiny Tat and me for the Vineyard Amped. We moseyed up to the round about and went to the island just before it where we did the warm-o-rama. Leaning against the light pole was a set of exercises for us to do, written in red and green…festive for Christmas. I was trying to figure out how to incorporate the 12 days of Christmas and I know how some get particular about how you do it. So I did it like Frank Sinatra… My Way!
The Thang!
There were 3 sets of 4 exercises. In between each set, we would jog down the main drag to the first opening, just at the edge of the high school and make a u-turn. Then on the way up the hill, we would sprint from the first light pole to the 3rd light pole, then do a cool down jog to the next opening and back to the start where the next set of exercises awaits. Rinse and repeat. (I was able to get through these sets twice and Tiny Tat lapped me, so I am sure he was going on three times).

We prayed for our families and the families of F3 and for safe travels for those that were visiting family and friends. We are blessed to have such a great community and group of HIMs to connect with. May we always remember what Christmas is all about. Jesus is the reason for the season and we are blessed to have a savior that loved us so much that he would come to this world, leave his throne and sacrifice his life so we can spend eternity with him.
