WARMUP: run, SSH, imperial walkers
THE THANG: started off with Woody and Tallyman giving us the high hard one and doing their own run around the track. We tried to block their path planking in the middle of the track but they were able to avoid without much effort. Other than we ran the track with exercises mixed in, bear crawl on the field but stop every 10 yards for 10 star jumps, crawl bear up the hill by the playground with 20 monkey humpers at the top 3x. Guarantee was met.
