Another last minute switcheroo of the Q on this one, so we did something “simple” but still challenging.
After our short WOR of a mosey around the parking lot, SSH, weed pickers, copperhead squats, hillbilly walkers, and sun gods/Michael Phelps OYO, we did something “like” 11s. Only we did 10s and then multiplied it by 10, and also our distance between exercises was unusually long. Started at the top of the hill with 10 LBCs, jogged the “main street” in front of the school almost to the end and then did 90 monkey humpers. Jogged back to start and did 20 LBCs, followed by 80 monkey humpers at the other end. You get the picture. Eventually, we had to cut down the distance between exercises — twice actually. And we still didn’t quite finish. But, it was “fun” and good cardio, and we joked about the sewer stank along the way.
Interesting side note: we had 1 person (a friend of CP’s) drive up and then away just before we started. Another honk their horn while we were doing monkey humpers. Was there another? Oh yeah, Lt. Dan. He was running on the trails at Boling Park, but I’m including him, because he joined us for the COT.
