How did we end up with a Sooorie Q? Sooorie fell victim to poor planning, and fell in with his own vices, leaving his alter ego to Fart Sack a well planned but poorly executed Q a few weeks back. This was his redemption arc.
Sooorie has a thing for making sure his PAX don’t have to run more than they have to, but more than they should. He spent this quite dry, and well adjusted morning running with his meter measurement thingy. We need to know how far we were going.
Started with a gentle mosey around, discussed the new 400 and 800 meter turn arounds, and settled in for a nice warm up.
As customary- Mission, and values + side straddle hop + SLOW weed pickers and a few other choice movements.
800 meter run, return to playground where 25 pull ups, 50 push ups and 75 squats commenced.
Standards were stressed today. Full range of motion and the optional scale if necessary.
400 Meter run, return to playground 15 pull ups, 30 push ups, and 50 squats.
Ended with a 10 minute cooldown mosey to get some distance in.
Started Pray with being thankful for the men next to us, and prayers since we were left behind as the remainder of Cherokee ventured off to the beach for spring break.
