We started out with a half mile warm up ruck around the Amphitheater campus.

Next we passed a sandbag up and down the Amphitheater stairs.

Third was the Ruck On Ruck off Beatdown. This included 8 Ruck on exercises on one side and 100 yards away 8 exercises with our Ruck Off. Panhandle and 8Bit were the first to finish.

Last we finished our morning with a 2 mile ruck around downtown Woodstock.

Special shout out to Glamour Shots 2.0 who hung through the entire BD. Impressive.

At the COT BlueCheese was the 6th man and we prayed for his Father and Daughter and their good health.

Glamour Shots brought the Joe and we had amazing Mumblechatter.

Soooorie is still unable to ride rollercoasters due to height restrictions.
