Intro: 20 Min EMOM and some running
Warm-o-Rama: SSHs, Weed pickers, Hillbilly, Sun gods, Michael Phelps, leg stretches oyo
The Thang: We did a 20 min EMOM with 5 moves: Bonnie blair, merkins, step ups, dips, Mtn. Climbers. After the EMOM, we had about 10 minutes left, so we did 200 meter intervals. 200m faster pace, followed with a 200m recovery.
COT: Prayed for Kevin’s friend who lost his life in a car accident and Red Ryder is starting a new class. I read Psalm 91 (I prayed for Kevin’s friend and Chad in the car – I realized I didn’t do that after I read.
Naked Man Moleskin: Today was a difficult workout, and I struggled with remembering the exercises. Once we got started it worked out. I read Psalm 91 today, because it’s been a prayer I’ve praying a lot over the last couple of weeks as it’s speaking to me. “…The Lord says, ‘I will rescue those who love me. I will protect those who trust in my name. When they call on me, I will answer; I will be with them in trouble…”
