I think the title says it all. That’s an achievement for the Paragon. Just in case…

 

Notable Notes:

• Panhandle has a long list of enemies from Stoneclad after this one
• Drumstick shows up whenever he wants apparently
• Bagger can fly when you call him out
• It didn’t rain, hence the low numbers
• We must have angered the field gods because we got to watch the access get taken from us just before startex

The “workout”, I guess:

Moseyed around the parking lot to get blindsided by the Stoneclad guys with water buckets, guns, and balloons. They will rue this day! Kept running until we made it to the alleyway in front of the tennis courts

Did 50x calf raises
Ran to the bottom of the stairs
Did 50x Squats
Did 50x Step-ups (Rubicon count)
Ran back to tennis courts and performed another 50x Calf Raises
Rand to bottom of hill
Did 50x Bonnie Blairs (Rubicon count)
Did 50x Monkey Humpers
Ran back to tennis courts and performed another 50x Calf Raises
Held for the 6

Rinsed and repeated the routine dropping all the exercises by 10x but keeping the 50x Calf Raises until we finished with a few minutes to spare which we filled with a very uncoordinated Mary.

Cue the coffee and mumblechatter until a few of us met up at Dunkin
