Ruck to the field behind Reformation Brewery with a sandbag.
Complete 10 rounds of:
12 Ruck on Reverse Lunges holding the sandbag
10 Ruck on Burpees. Step over the sand bag after each
6 V-Ups holding your ruck.
Rucked to furry for 10 IC Copper Heard Squats.
Let’s head back the flag. Arrived a little bit early for 20 sandbag pull-throughs.
