THE THANG: 4 Corners on LAX Turf Field, but the long way. Start w/ 10 Merkins at 1st Corner, then 20, 30 & 40
Pax lined up at goal line and YHC call our crazy number of reps for an exercise. 1 pax threw the football and ever how many yards it went, that shaved off that many reps. Leaky was the Sandbagger and Pella was the Mahomes. Dandy was our Mariota. We did 7 rounds with exercises starting off w/ 50 Burpees to then a bunch of AB work with Reps in the 100s.
