Mozy to Killamylunga, up to the 3rd light post.
Pax run up the rest of the hill and loop back around the other side and ultimately completing the lap back at the third light.
Each time we get the the 3rd light, we did 25 merkins and 25 squats
Each time we got to the top of Killamylunga, we did 10 mike tysons.
Each time we passed the bottom of the hill, we did 5 burpees.
We completed 5 rounds with 6 being the goal.
Mozy back to the flag and do as many merkins as we can.
