The Thang = Groups of 5 or 6 – cones that represent yard markers like on a football field. 10,20,30,40,50,40,30,20,10. Group can start at whichever yard marker they want, start at “base” or zero yard marker, run to a yard marker, sheet of paper next to each cone with an exercise and a number of reps based on which yard marker you are at followed by a mode of transportation back to your base.

So…we were all almost done when 800 went down. Back Draft and Couch Fire jumped to his aid and called ambulance. He got better quickly. I almost killed a man today…wow. Seriously, glad you’re okay 800. A little scary there for a moment.
Some of the Pax continued on to the kitty box with 7’s – Merkins and American Hammer. Bear Crawl and Crawl Bear in the sand between reps.
