Partner up. P1 runs a lap while p2 does exercise. Swapping out each lap. Each has to complete 25 BBSU’s 50 flutter kicks and 75 Freddy mercury’s. 1st partner to complete begins to lunge walk until partners completes then catches other partner. Lunges continues until all pax are done.
Next, 4 corners. Merkins. Started with just 1. Doubling the count at each corner. Made it to 32.
Next, 4 corners. Squats. Started with 1. Doubling count at each corner. Made it to 64
Next, Catch me if you can. 1st pax calls out an exercise and count then begins to run. As each pax completes the exercise they chase the one with the sandbag. The person is tagged and the one who tags them takes the bag, calls an exercise/count and begins to run. No pax that has already tagged can tag again until all pax have tagged.
