WARMUP: A quick loop around the theater to see if we have any pax coming in hot.
THE THANG: Inspired by the recent Growruck event- Sooorie provided sandbags and medicine balls for the men. In two single file columns, we attempted to reach the 1.4 mile mark in 25 minutes. Only stopping for PT when we found out that the PAX of WSR can not tie their shoes.

Upon reaching their first time hack, and the penalty avoided, we set off again to Starbucks with a 15 minute time requirement, but all hills must be bernied (up and down) and the sandbags can never touch the ground.

Upon reaching the next location, Sooorie included PT which included Balls to the wall. The men cheered! They had ample opportunity to practice going balls to the wall!

With only a few minutes to spare, the team continued in a double column to return the gear to the start EX
