Braves are still in it, so YHC decided to run the baseball BD back with some new exercises.
After SSH, Imperial Walkers, Weedpickers for Warm-o-rama, we moseyed to a parking lot baseball diamond, much to the chagrin of dadgum Jackalope. Each base listed 4 exercises. PAX would sprint to 1st, do the first exercise listed below, and mosey back to home plate. Then sprint around the bases to 2nd base, do the exercise, mosey back to home plate. So on. After getting all the way to home the PAX took a home run victory trot around the bases and completed the exercise listed at home plate. We got through all 4 rounds and repeated a couple more before heading back to the flag for 5 minutes of Mary.
1st: 15 burpees, star jumps, plankjacks, burpees
2nd: 25 hand-release merkins, mountain climbers, shoulder tap planks, dips
3rd: 35 copperhead squats, Apollo ohnos, monkey jumpers, lunges
Home: 45 flutter kicks, dying cockroaches, BBSs, hammers
