YHC wanted to go old school to a classic string of pearls BD.
After a SSH, Weedpicker, Sungod, Michael Phelps, and a little Burpee warmup we moseyed to our first location about at the other end of the Colosseum.
At each spot there were 3 Q-led exercises, in cadence, followed by a random PAX-led bonus exercise. After the 4 exercises we moseyed to the opposite side of the Colosseum for some rinse and repeat.

Luckily for all involved we had just enough time to get some Dora Hills (yes, made that up) where partners traded running up a hill and doing 100 Overhead claps, 100 squats, and 100 crunchy frogs.
We had to cut that out early to make it back to the flag on time.
