Warm-o-rama: Mosey around amphitheater to circle in the lawn for some slow SSH, Hillbillies, Wead Pickers, Sun God’s, and Michael Phelps.
The Thang: Number off in sequence. Each pax was given the responsibility for calling an exercise of their choice for a minimum count of 13. The only caveat was I got to choose where and how we got there. Also threw in 13 (4 count single) Merkins between each exercise.
The pax didn’t disappoint by choosing difficult exercises like Burpees, Suicides, Dips, Durpee’s, Burpees with a long jump, Bear Crawls with Merkins after every 4 steps, Carolina Dry-docks, American Hammers, Side to Side Merkins and more I can’t remember. (Senior moment)
Ended with some Mary and a 30 second V-sit.
