a little routine that has not been given a name, maybe when Z uses it at Stoneclad he’ll get the opportunity to perfect it and name it something good. The rules were simple Rep count and exercise on the card, the whole team compeltes the rep count however the tam sees fit but all teammates must do at least 50 reps.

The only team to finish was the team with 4, and coincidently YHC team.
Finish up with an ‘indian run’ picking up cards on the way back to the flag…wait no flag, just go that way.
