WARMUP: Hillbilly walkers in honor of our missing OG- The Count, Weed pickers, Arm circles/ phelps, Merkins, SSHs.
THE THANG: Partner up with a coupon, At the field- Both pax did 20 Man makers to buy in. Partner 1 started the reps of the Excercises, partner 2 ran across field and back with their friend the cupin. When Partner 2 got back he started on the reps at the number Partner 1 had completed. Exercise were- 100 rows, 100 curls, 200 squats, 200 LBC, 300 bench press, 300 flutter kicks. All done with the Cupin. Hustler attempted to prevent the pax from significant gains by offering to carry the Qs white board but really in a cruel sinister manner erasing the zeros from the listed exercises to make it appear that doing only 10 curls or 20 squats was enough. The Q and his devoted Pax saw through this ploy to limited our gains and completed the workout correctly.
After finishing the reps, both PAX crossed the field with lunges and bernie sanders to cash out the workout. All PAX including the shady Hustler returned to the flag.
MARY: Chubbs led in some ascending Am. Hammers and Big Boys as time expired and was exceeded.
ANNOUNCEMENTS: Law enforcement did not attend this BD. Soorie shared that SFN and Holiday Lights 5k raised $14k and a new chair was purchased. Several 2nd F events to attend. Spartan race in March and Savage race sign up going on. Piano man is now a licensed driver.
COT: Several pax out sick, supporting sick family or OOT. Aging parents and the challenges with that.
