We enjoyed the hill so much last week that we decided to do it again. Mosey .5 mile to the hill.
Partner Routine: Bridge Over Nest.
Partner 1 would begin bear crawling up the hill (250 meters inclined all the way to the top) while partner one did 10 Merkins, 10 Squats, 10 LBC’s and then ran up to the top of said hill and back to their partner, at which time Partner 2 would start with their set of 10s and Partner one would take over the Bear Crawl.
It took two turns of each for both Partners to reach the top. That was round 1.
Second round, pretty much the same thing, except the running had to run to the top of the hill, and then all the way back down to the bottom and then back up to meet their partner before taking over. Brutal.
