The Thang

Since tonight is game 6 of the World Series, we did a Dora style BD spelling out chop on. Here’s how it went:

C- Carolina Dry Docks (100 reps)

H- Hillbillies (150 reps)

O- One-armed pickle pounders (200 reps)

P- Plank Jacks (250 reps)

O- Outlaws (300 reps)

N- No surrenders (100 reps)

while P1 was doing the exercise, P2 would rifle carry or fireman carry a coupon across the FD grass field and do 10 coupon chops (two handed tomahawk chop movement with a coupon) and come back to the start the same way they crossed the field.
