THE THANG: how do you boil a live frog? You can’t throw it into a pot of hot water, you have to ease up the temp that’s what today was. Some guys have scoffed at the next MCC, The Impossible Mile, so today was an easy breezy prep to prove they can do it. 1/2 mile run followed by 5 burpee broad jumps, 5 alternating lunges and 5 pace bear crawl, rinse. Repeat. We made it almost to 3mi before the curse of Hobgood hit us really hard with raw sewage. We vacated the track and went back to the parking lot to round out our 3mi
