THE THANG: PAX moseyed to the first stop of pain Q had in store for the PAX. Suitcase carry ruck to a end point do 25 copper head squats then suitcase carry ruck back to starting position for another 25 copper head squats. Rinse and repeat alternating suitcase carry for 3 rounds.
Q then found some stairs to bring on the pain. PAX was instructed to Bernie Sanders up 3 stories and at the top perform 10 merkins come back down stairs for 10 merkins. Rinse and repeat rounds.
Once this was complete Q found a great place to perform 50 calf raises. After this Q decided to have some time for the whole PAX to deal out whatever pain they wanted to deal out. Q started with 25 bench presses. Once complete there was 7 minutes left to get back to the flag so Q instructed PAX to do a Indian Ruck back to the flag. We made it back right at 6:15. Phew we made it! PAX was joyous that the suck had finally ended. It’s always a good beatdown when the PAX is spent!
