It was a nice cool crisp morning in the gloom. Perfect for a long(er) mosey to get the body warmed up.
The warm-o-rama was short and sweet with some SSH, Weed Pickers, Sun Gods, and Michael Phelps.
We then moseyed to the entrance of the neighborhood to start the Thang:
10 sprints from one end of the island to the other. Walk back for recovery.
We had some amazing music to keep us going here. It sounded like a dog barking because it was a dog barking.
Once we were done with this one we moseyed down to the parking lot.

Run to end of parking lot & back then rinse & repeat (3 times)

For the last 10 minutes we moved to the tennis courts to play a round of speed ball
