THE THANG: The Ruck
– Start with moving all our ruck contents across the field.
– Timed ruck reassembly.
– Partner up in Formation (7×2) with sandbag shared with partner. Focus on staying together within an arm’s reach of man in front of you. The PAX did an incredible job rucking together.
– Ruck to Firehouse.
– Cross Arnold Mill using crossing guards.
– Ruck to field along Rubes Creek for Elephant Walk, Low Crawl to find sandbags, and Tunnel of Love.
– Ruck gear to the “creek.” Dip ruck (both sides) and partner sandbags into “creek.” (If you could call it a creek… might have been straight runoff from the treatment plant.
– Dripping backs, sandbags shouldered, rucked in formation, ensuring the entire city could smell us. Or that we could smell the whole city.
MARY: Catch me if you can. Various PAX chose an exercise for the classic chase game til time. Great way to dry off “creek” water!

COT: Reminded the PAX that F3 is an important thing, but not the only thing. Guys will come and go. That’s okay. We live life through seasons where we have to make other things the priority. As men we need to lead our families through that.
