The beatdown consisted of continuous laps around the entire Woodstock City Church Property. Pax only stopped running at the bottom of Mt. Killamylunga (40 monkey-humpers) and at the top (10 Mike-Tysons). This loop was completed 5 times in the 45 minutes of the beatdown.
