The inaugural AO shirt beatdown. Time to remind the PAX why this is the toughest beatdown west of 575, south of Sixes Rd that meets Mondays and Thursdays.
Minimal warm-up, maximum stretching. We’ve got a lot of ground to cover.
A – Aiken Legs
x20 box jumps
x20 lunges (10 each leg)
P – Paula Abdul – The PAX LOVED this one…
2 steps forward, 1 steps back – PAX bear crawls two parking spaces, then crawl bear 1 space, perform 1 merkin and then R/R.
E – El Capitan (mixed with Lt. Dan)
Found a nice grassy incline to perform lunges on and then after two lunges, PAX perform 1 squat.
X – XY’s Ring of Fire Style
XY = 4-count exercise that is one-part Rosalita and one-part flutter kick.
PAX circle up and hold feet at 6″ while someone is performing x5 XY’s. This one is a core burner for sure.
