WARMUP: typical mosey and then weed pickers, windmills, imperial walkers, SSH. Much to the chagrin of Duggar we did not loosen up our arms with Sun Gods in cadence.

THE THANG: it was a 1:4 ratio day for exercises.
Starting with Lt Dans (modified) : 1 squat – 4 Apollo Ohnos. (Rest Stop was so excited). Halfway through we changed Apollo’s Ohnos to walking lunges. The crowd wasn’t impressed.
During the lunges Duggar told us some jokes that make me question my friendship with him. I may need a restraining order.

A quick lap followed by…
…. a new exercise. Supine Row on the PLAYGROUND with feet on shoulders if partner. Minimum 5 (to failure) then 20 crunchy frogs. Rinse and repeat X5.

A quick lap and then Jack Webb. This sucked more than I want to admit.

A quick lap and then Captain Thor to finish out the morning.
