10 reps each exercise then run a lap (repeat for 3 sets)
Burpee with KB press - Snatch (5 each arm) - Front Raise
20 reps each exercise then walking lunges (repeat for 3 sets)
Overhead Press - Bent over row (10 each arm) - Upright Row
30 reps each exercise then bear crawl (repeat for 3 sets)
Dead Lift - Curls - Goblet Squats
40 reps each exercise then run a lap (repeat for 3 sets)
KB Swings - Side Bends (20 each side) - Merkins
Ran out of time in the last set of exercises. Good Work today men.

Lack of sleep and crying 2.0's kept some away.
